Hello jdc246 and ! My name is Borislav and I will be glad to help you solve your malware problem. Looking through my Program Files directory, I see that there is a LyriXeeker directory that should not be there, but I haven't erased yet in case you need to know what is in it. I was able to delete the LyriXeeker add-on in Chrome, but could only disable it (not remove) in Firefox. Various mbam scan logs show: lyrixeeker, cryptvs, uhVspMo+.exe.part, installcore, babylon, and various files. I generally use CCleaner to clear out unwanted cookies, temp files, etc.

When trying to do a Comodo online scan, I wound up downloading the software, so both AVG's and Comodo's free security suites are currently running. I tried F-Secure and Kaspersky online scans.

Sometimes the scans would come up clean, sometimes not. I ran Malwarebytes, removed what it found, rescanned, re-removed, etc. We started getting popups and anytime we used a web browser, clicking on various spots on the webpages would send us to undesired locations and open extra windows.

If you delete a downloaded transaction, Quicken will still consider it as having been downloaded and not download it again to prevent duplicates.I think my computer is infected with lyrixeeker. SarahNot being downloaded again is to be expected. The others in the transactions didnt get updated in the portfolio view I erased 1 downloaded transaction and re-synced and it didnt even add the missing transaction. Development watches the release notes conversation for any new or continued issues/bugs or problems that may be experienced after an update and appreciates receiving reports of issues that were or were not fixed or might have occurred as part of the update process. If this issue is still occurring after updating to the 5.5.4 release, please comment on the release notes thread, found at.

If you haven't already, I would recommend installing the newest release and checking the portfolio again for the missing stock "buy" transactions. Has anyone from Quicken acknowledged this as a defect?Ī new release (5.5.4) for QM2018 is available as of today and does include some fixes for performance issues with the investment registers. I have not looked at the other suggested alternative, but hope that provides some relief. If i have 30 buys in a month, I am manually entering 30 transactions. I can also confirm that if I add a 'buy' transaction for one share and subsequently delete, the downloaded transaction shows up, but this is a terrible workaround. I have refreshed the report, start and stopped Quicken and I cannot get the transaction to impact the portfolio view. I checked placeholders, and that is not the problem. Yes, it's a pain, but a simple enough workaround until they fix it properly. It is clearly broken, but simply adding a blank 'buy' transaction for any affected securities causes the application to recalculate and include the downloaded records. I have refreshed the report, start and stopped Quicken and I cannot get the transaction to impact the portfolio view. moski's workaround earlier in this thread seems to be the simplest until they fix it. When I expand the security to see the list of transactions, the sale from 1/31 is NOT listed. However, when I switch from the transaction register to the Portfolio view, most of those transaction do NOT show up in the Portfolio view.įor example, if I sold 50 shares of ABC in, when I go to the Portfolio view, the share Total on ABC does not match my brokerage statement.

I download transactions from my brokerage (William Blair), import and reconcile. This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled portfolio view on Mac.
